From the initial quote to the final delivery, we take quality serious. Every job goes through planning checks, drawing and rev checks before it is released to the shop floor. Once on the floor your parts will receive quality checks at each operation along the way to ensure your parts are to print.
On Time Deliveries
Just one of the many ways David Engineering ensures that our customers expectations are met is by having digital dashboards running through the work areas showing management and the employees which parts are next in the cue. Each department has its own dashboard which shows them in real time what is critical to work on. Parts that are running behind schedule or running past their estimated time are visible to everyone so they can be addressed immediately. If changes are made to a job, it is carried out in real time to the shop floor. We do not rely on reports which are outdated as soon as they are printed.
As soon as your order is entered, you will receive an automated email confirming that your order is correct and it is in process. Any changes to your order will also be communicated to you automatically, including an alert confirming your order is on its way as soon as the packing list is created.
We have a Stake-bed truck and a van to handle deliveries of any size to the Southern California area.
