Tube Laser Cutting in Corona, CA
Precision 3D tube and profile cutting for the Inland Empire, Orange County, and Los Angeles. We collapse sawing, drilling, notching, and coping into a single automated operation — so your weldments come out faster, cleaner, and weld-ready.
One machine replaces a whole department of manual operations
Cutting tube the old way means a saw, a drill press, a notcher, fixtures, and a lot of deburring. Our 6-axis Bystronic FL 170 does it all in one automated pass — which means lower cost, tighter tolerances, and parts that drop straight into your weld fixture.
Self-fixturing weldments
Tab-and-slot and interlocking features let your parts snap together like a puzzle — slashing weld setup, jigs, and fit-up time on the shop floor.
Lights-out throughput
Automated loading and unloading keeps the laser running unattended, so we turn quantities — and repeats — quickly and at a repeatable price.
Weld prep built in
Bevels and copes up to 45° cut right on the laser — removing the milling, drilling, and grinding you'd normally do before welding.

Tube laser cutting FAQ
What size tube can you cut?
Round tube from 0.5" up to 6.6" in diameter, square tube up to 5.5", plus rectangular tube, angle, channel, and flat bar. Wall thickness up to ½" in mild steel. If you're near the limits, send your file and we'll confirm fit.
What materials and thicknesses?
Mild/carbon steel up to ½", stainless steel and aluminum up to ¼" (straight cut). We cut thinner walls at bevel angles up to 45° for weld prep.
How long can the finished parts be?
We run 20 ft stock lengths and produce finished parts up to 11 ft long.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. We run everything from a single prototype to full production quantities — a big advantage of an automated tube laser.
What tolerance do you hold?
Typically ±0.030" on cut length and ±0.015" on hole locations. Tell us your critical dimensions and we'll confirm.
What files do you accept?
Send a 3D model (STEP or IGES is ideal) or a 2D drawing (DXF, DWG, or PDF). Our team programs the cut from your file.
Can you notch, cope, and drill in the same operation?
Yes — that's the whole point of tube laser. Copes, notches, hole patterns, slots, and 45° weld bevels are all cut in one automated pass, so parts arrive weld-ready.
Where do you serve?
We're in Corona, CA and serve customers across the Inland Empire, Orange County, and Greater Los Angeles — Riverside, Ontario, Anaheim, Irvine, and beyond — plus shipping statewide.
